New À La Carte Menu Launch

We’ve re-vamped our à la carte menu to feature more delicious dishes that are sure to tantalise your tastebuds. As it is our aim is to deliver authentic Chinese cuisine with a touch of luxury to all of our guests, we have re-launched our menu with more affordable pricing. Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs

Crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, our new Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs are infused with savoury, peppery flavours and just enough of a kick to not be overpowering. Deep fried until golden and then stir fried with garlic, chilli, onions and seasoning, the tender spare ribs fall off the bone.

King Prawn and Tenderstem Broccoli

Juicy king prawns stir-fried with crispy tenderstem broccoli in a light, aromatic glaze. A refined balance of ocean freshness and garden greens, crafted for  an elegant flavour.

Rainbow Chicken Fillet with Japanese Curry Sauce

This dish combines crispy textures, with juicy chicken and a sweet and savoury Japanese curry sauce for a taste sensation that’s sure to leave you wanting more. The tender chicken fillets are lightly battered and pan-fried until golden and then topped with the delicious curry sauce. We recommend pairing this with our fried rice side dishes.

Aromatic Crispy Duck

With a crispy outside and a tender centre, our Aromatic Crispy Duck is a tasty dish similarly to our Peking Duck dish, it is an experience, rather than just a meal. Served with pancakes, cucumber, spring onions and delicious hoisin sauce, you’ll combine the ingredients by hand and discover how the combination of the textures and tastes provide a taste like no other.

Salt & Pepper Tofu

Our new crispy and spicy tofu dish is bursting with flavours and is a great choice either on its own or paired with one of our fried rice dishes. Deep fried until crisp and golden, the tofu is infused with fragrant aromatics, garlic, chilli, spring onion and seasoned with salt. It’s also a great choice if you’re vegetarianm, vegan or just fancy a delicious meat-free dish.

Marinated in a tangy, savoury-sweet Peking sauce and cooked until the meat is melt in your mouth tender, our Spare Ribs are another tasty, juicy rib dish that’s sure to delight your tastebuds. 

Crispy Water King Prawn in Honey Wasabi Sauce

Delicately crispy water king prawns are expertly prepared to maintain their succulent texture, then drizzled with a sophisticated honey wasabi sauce. The balance of sweet honey and the gentle kick of wasabi creates a uniquely refined flavour profile, which offers a perfect blend of bold taste with a luxurious touch.

Fillet Steak in Peking Sauce

Our premium Fillet Steak is expertly cooked to perfection cooked in a luxurious Peking sauce, blending savoury, sweet, and aromatic flavours. This exquisite dish offers a harmonious fusion of traditional Chinese seasoning and tender, high-quality steak. It’s a truly elevated dining experience that showcases the best of both worlds.

Sirloin Steak with Black Pepper Sauce

Our Sirloin Steak, perfectly sliced into strips, is served with a rich black pepper sauce. It’s delicately placed on a Himalayan Salt Block to enhance the flavor and presentation.
