Small Plates

Classic Steamed Dim Sum Platter

Dim Sum as a whole includes a wide variety of different dishes from steamed buns filled with rich, tasty meat or vegetables and sauce to fried pastries such as Kataifi Dragon Rolls. However, in our Steamed Dim Sum Platter we provide you with a delectable mix of some of the finest steamed dishes that Dim Sum can provide. 

There’s the traditional Iberico Siu Mai steamed dumpling dish that features Spanish Iberico Pork wrapped up in a twisty wanton wrapper. The pig’s exclusive diet of acorns and other plant based items gives this meat an evocative, nutty flavour which you’re sure to love. 

Our Black Gold King Prawn Ha Gau is a luxurious twist on the classic Cantonese Dim Sum. Juicy king prawns are wrapped in a silky black pastry which has been infused with natural squid ink and adorned with a delicate, edible gold leaf resulting in a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Our Wild Mushroom Dumpling is bursting with rich umami flavour which combines excellently with the earthy tones of the wild mushroom.

Also included in the Classic Steamed Dim Sum Platter is our Yuanbao Scallop Dumplings with XO Sauce. Enjoy handcrafted golden dumplings shaped like traditional Chinese ingots, each of which are filled with succulent scallops for a delicate flavour. The dish is lovingly finished off with our homemade XO sauce which provides a rich, aromatic blend of premium seafood, cured ham and fragrant Chinese spices.

Pork & Prawn Wontons In Sweet Soy Sauce

These tasty Chinese dumplings combine meaty, sweet yet savoury pork with the succulent, sweet and salty flavour of prawn all encased in a delicate wrapper that melts in your mouth. Served with salty, savoury Soy sauce that’s perfect for dipping the dumplings.

Golden Black-Belt Vegetable Spring Rolls

Crispy, golden pastry wrapped around a medley of fresh seasonal vegetables, all tied off with a delicate strip of seaweed, paying homage to and evoking the sign of excellence and expertise that a black belt does. Light, crunchy and bursting with flavour, they’re the perfect balance of elegance and taste.

Chicken in Lychee Sauce

Indulge in the perfect combination of sweet and savoury with our Chicken in Lychee Sauce. Bursting with fruity, fragrant flavour and a savoury taste to die for, it’s the perfect choice if you’re looking for something that’s both tangy and tasty.

Rainbow Chicken Fillet With Japanese Curry Sauce

Combining crispy textures, sweet curry taste and juicy chicken, this dish is sure to satisfy in so many ways. The lightly battered, tender chicken fillets are a savoury treat that’s enhanced even further with the addition of delicious curry sauce. Pairs perfectly with either our Egg Fried or Steamed Jasmine Rice

Tofu, Aubergine and Japanese Mushrooms Claypot

A delectable combination of soft, tasty Tofu, tender aubergine and juicy Japanese mushrooms all gently stir fried before simmering away in a hot claypot with a rich, savoury sauce. Locking in all the flavour, the claypot ensures the dish is nice and warm, juicy and full of flavour. Another dish that goes very well with one of our rice dishes.

Tenderstem Broccoli in Garlic & Ginger Sauce

A tasty hybrid of Chinese kale and broccoli, tenderstem broccoli is a fantastic addition to any of your meals as a side dish. Especially when it’s been marinated in our tasty and warming garlic and ginger sauce.

Fillet Steak In Mongolian Sauce

Melt in the mouth, juicy steak that’s cooked to perfection and paired with our sweet and savoury Mongolian sauce that’s sure to tantalise and treat those tastebuds.

Sides

You can also choose either our Egg Fried Rice or Steamed Jasmine Rice to compliment your main dish. Either one is a great choice as both pair very nicely with any of our main dishes.
